What it is
Training load management is the deliberate balance of stress and recovery across a week, a month and a season. Progress comes from the right dose, not the maximum dose.
What is currently understood
The relationship between load progression, recovery and adaptation is well established in sports science. Sudden spikes in load are reliably associated with injury risk.
What is not established
Consumer readiness scores simplify a complex picture. No single algorithm knows your life stress, and all of them should inform rather than dictate.
Regulatory status
Not applicable — this is a lifestyle and behaviour topic, not a regulated product.
How it comes up in coaching
This is where a coach earns the fee — seeing the trend three weeks before it becomes a symptom. We adjust load from your data, not from a fixed plan. Nothing here is a recommendation.
