Design
- What happens
- Your protocol is built from that baseline: what changes, in what order, and what we measure to know it worked.
- What you provide
- Your constraints, preferences, and feedback on what is realistic in your actual life.
- What you receive
- A sequenced protocol covering sleep, light, training, nutrition, recovery and supplementation — with the metrics that define success.

If any part of your plan involves prescribing, that decision and that prescription are made by TelaCure, not by TMLSS.

Execute
- What happens
- Regular coaching calls and direct access between them. The protocol is a living document, not a PDF — adjustments happen when your data changes.
- What you provide
- Consistency, honest reporting, and your wearable data as it comes in.
- What you receive
- Ongoing adjustments, direct answers between calls, and one person accountable for the whole picture.

Retest
- What happens
- We re-measure on a defined schedule and adjust from evidence, not habit.
- What you provide
- A follow-up panel and your continued tracking data.
- What you receive
- A clear read on what worked, what did not, and the next iteration of your protocol.
