TMLSS provides education, planning and behaviour-change coaching. TMLSS does not practise medicine, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, does not order labs, and does not prescribe, dispense or supply any medication or prescription product. Nothing on this site or in a coaching session is medical advice or a substitute for care from your own licensed provider. See the medical disclaimer.

Clinical evaluation, lab ordering and prescribing referenced anywhere on this site are provided by TelaCure, an independent licensed provider, under a separate agreement between you and TelaCure. TMLSS is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for clinical decisions, services or outcomes delivered by TelaCure.

Health outcomes depend on factors outside anyone's control. TMLSS makes no promise, warranty or guarantee of any specific result. Individual results vary. Any example, illustration or case description on this site is not a prediction of your result.

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. You agree that the information you submit is accurate, and that you will tell your own physician about changes you are considering.

Fees, billing cadence and engagement length are stated in your coaching agreement. Cancellation and refund terms: REFUND_POLICY_TBD.

All protocol materials, templates, written guidance, education library content and other materials provided by TMLSS remain the property of TMLSS. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own health. You may not resell, republish, distribute or use them to build a competing offering without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its operation, or scrape its content for commercial reuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMLSS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or of coaching services. TMLSS's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid TMLSS in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by GOVERNING_LAW_TBD (Nevada, United States, unless replaced). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
