Practice restraint
A tool with a time and a place — not an identity, and not something everyone should be doing.
Our philosophy
Fasting became a movement when it should have stayed a tool. Used well — a clean overnight window, a consistent last meal, occasional longer stretches when they suit the person and the season — it gives the system time without constant input, and it teaches a relationship with hunger that most adults have never had. Used badly, it becomes an excuse to under-eat protein, under-recover from training and wear self-denial as a personality.
Our philosophy is that timing is applied individually, never universally. Someone training hard, sleeping poorly or under real stress often needs more structure and more food, not less. We look at your training load, your sleep, your schedule and your history, and only then decide whether restraint is the lever worth pulling. When it is, it works best as a quiet, repeatable rhythm — not a performance.
TMLSS is a coaching practice. This is education and behaviour-change support only — it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not replace care from your own physician.
